The Hughenden is a charming hotel built in 1878 with no two rooms the same. Please consider the photos below as an example of each one of our room types. The Manor Suite

air-conditioning (except budget cosy rooms), private ensuite bathroom and mini bar fridge.
A breakfast voucher of $10 value per person per night is included. This can be used at our
in house cafe towards any purchase from 7am to 11am.

This sunny spacious suite was the main bedroom of the original house. It has a large sitting area, King size bed, balcony overlooking Queen street, a desk and a spa bath. May be configured with either a king bed or twin beds and can accommodate an extra bed (fees apply for a 3rd person in the room). approx. 44m²
Our premium rooms feature a king-sized bed with a lounge or small sitting areas. Some Deluxe rooms feature a bathtub or a desk. May be configured with either a king bed or twin beds and some can accommodate an extra bed (fees apply for a 3rd person in the room).

The Family
Standard King
The Gatehouse is our family room. It has a small sitting area, an ensuite bathroom and two separate bedrooms. The bedrooms feature a King bed in the main bedroom and two twin singles in the smaller bedroom. The Gatehouse also features a small kitchenette.

The Standard Plus Room is larger than the standard and may be configured with either a king bed or twin beds. Two of our king size rooms are pet-friendly, ask our reservations team for availability.

The Hotel features 2 Queen pet-friendly rooms with courtyard. It has a queen-sized bed and accommodates up to 2 guests and your pet comfortably.

The budget cosy, our smallest room type, as its name implies is ideal for one business person or the budget traveller. This is the only room category that
